The Bible doesn’t directly say, “Good things come to those who wait,” but it does repeatedly proclaim having faith in God’s guiding presence. We cannot seek standstill solutions, yet we have to ascertain some discretion.

God does not want us to be perfect, nor does he want us to react perfectly at all times. He gave us a full range of emotions—including disappointment, heartbreak, and frustration, to name a few—because he wants us to be authentic with him.
